I've been trying for months to get into my Verizon/Blackberry email, the *****@vzw.blackberry.net account. Can't get in so the Apps won't work. Verizon hasn't been helpful in resetting this password. I went into a store and they wanted to offer me an early upgrade - for only $20 and no discount off the new phone, I could get rid of the NON-Wi-Fi Blackberry Storm. That's not the kind of help I expect from a company I've been with for years and pay a lot of money to every month. Does anyone have any suggestions as to how I can get the vzw.blackberry.net email account reset? Thanks.
If you forgot your password to access the Blackberry email setup, you can request the password be sent to you. All you have to do is to go to https://bis.na.blackberry.com/html?brand=vzw&locale=en and follow the prompts for forgotten password. Hope this helps,
