I have set up my iphone but when i call to activate it says i can only make collect calls. Also, it has the wrong cell phone number??? Is there a way to enter the correct number......Please help!!!!
i've read that you have to use your itunes account to activate it.
Did you order the phone on one line with plans of activating it on another?
Same thing happened to me today. Call customer service. Some people are having issues and they haven't resolved mine yet but I feel confident that they will.
Did you connect it to iTunes first?
Yes, I connected to itunes, followed all the instructions, accepted the terms and all that, but it is still not activated with verizon.

Customer service sent me to tech support where they noted my issue and escalated it. Asked me for a call back number and said they would call me back today with either a resolution or an update. Let me know if they tell you something different!
