I got the same thing - I had to add data to my line. Wonder if it's related to that? Been a customer forever with 5 lines. Also found the website buggy as all get out! Got the shipping address error, restarted, finally got past that even though I didn't change anything! Worried taking so long fighting that dumb thing I might have "missed out". Ordert status does say received and processing.
I used the same credit card as BILL PAY for Verizon. However, I noticed I typed in the wrong expiration date and I thought that was the problem. I could not go back and change it. (I emailed Verizon, but will call tomorrow.) I have NEVER EVER gotten a PENDING for my AMEX card. I did get an ORDER CONFIRMATION and printed it. I have yet to receive an email and I cannot find documentation on the site about my order.
I got the pending confirmation routine about credit,but got my confirmation about ten minutes later.Geez I just leased a dam near 40 thousand $ SUV and it flew through....for a measely 323.00 phone it took longer!LOL!The ordering process was drama free,but I read on another thread that they are starting to clog up...I hope everyone gets their order through.Talk about hype....
I think most people got that same message but if you click "print" the page that prints is an order invoice page as it should be. Also, as mentioned if you put in your confirmation number and check the status it should show as being processed. The confirmation email took awhile to come for me but it fonally arrived.
After an hour and 15 min I got my email conformation I feel bad people are now getting error messages they can't even place an order, guess the early bird get the worm. So for those that didn't get it yet its coming, those that can't even place they order I think its a wrap. Night people have to b up in two hours. The things we do for a I phone
When I finished placing my order, my screen showed a confirmation number, and stated they will send it to my email address. But that was over an hour and a half ago. But I'm still waiting for my confirmation email. I called customer service and was on hold for over a half an hour, and was assured that my confirmation number at the end of my purchase (regardless of the fact that I didn't get an email), means my order went through.
