I currently owe a large balance on my account. Two questions... (1) Can I make payment arrangements for the balance? (2) Can I have my service reconnected while I am paying off the past due balance? I really don't want to have to go to another carrier. I like Verizon and have had great experience with them. Would like a response from a Verizon customer service rep.
This is a customer-to-customer forum. Call Verizon to set up payment arrangements. It's hard to say whether you can keep your service. It all depends on your payment history and balance. But I'm sure Verizon would rather work with you and get its money.
