Try powering the device off, then doing a soft reset on the device by removing and replacing the battery. Then dial *228 send and option 2 on the device.
Then try sending the picture again.
Make sure you are using the 10 digit mobile number for the destination when sending the picture.
Ensure that you have a good signal on the device.
Try sending a different image with a lower resolution.
