Phone freezing up?

My Storm freezes up constantly.  Does anyone else have this problem?  Is there a souution to it besides pulling the battery out and rendering the phone useless?

Actually I downloaded some themes and thats when i noticed it.  However, I since deleted them, thinking that was thw problem, but obviously  not
