I bought a new phone. I'm currently on a prepaid plan. I want to transfer my account and number to my new phone. I dialed the *22898 to do this transaction and my phone said that it could not be completed and to dial *611. Every option on the recording does not pertain to me or get me to a real person who can help me with this. I am so frustrated right now!
I have the Samsung Intensity. When I started up the phone it told me to press the left soft button to activate. I did that. It said it was activated but then when I dialed to get my account transferred it just said it couldn't complete my request of something. I don't know what to do next....I'll try that 888 number and see if I get any assistance there. Thanks
