Hi, I decided to do a factory reset on my Motorola Droid not long ago.
When it was done with the factory reset it asks me to activate my phone again. I click activate and it doesn't do anything. The message just says; "Problem with activation." "Your phone did not activate. You need to find an area with better coverage (near a window, or outside.) "Try again or call customer service for more options."
Any ideas? I've done this multiple times before and this is the first time I can't activate my phone.
Odd.if you have poor coverage in your area you might just want to go outside or move to a different location to activate your device. You can activate the phone too by dialing *228 + send and press option 1. If still having issues, then you may indeed need to contact customer care
