Hello, I am having a problem signing in on my Rhapsody account. They say to use my Verizon wireless account ID name and password. I do that and it comes back with check internet connection. Is there someone that can help me reset my password on my Rhapsody player? Previously I was able to bring in MP3's and download them to my phone. For some reason my password is messed up. Any help would be appreciated.
To sign into your V CAST Music with Rhapsdoy $14.99 subscription using the V CAST application on your PC, you must use your 10 digit mobile number and the password to your My Verizon account. You can't use your unique username that you created on My Verizon for logging in to Rhapsody. For example, let's say I can log into My Verizon with my username cstrait001 or my mobile # 123-456-7890, but with Rhapsdoy I must use my mobile #.
Try logging in on the www.rhapsody.com website directly with your mobile number and password. Can you log in okay there but non using the application?
