Might be better just to wait for the OTA update as this method resets your phone data apparently.

Yeah, I think I will wait for the OTA update. Thanks for the info though.
I couldnt wait so I downloaded and installed the update manually. As expected, the manual update basically reset my phone back to day 1, but all pictures, videos and files saved on the SD card remained as they were.
Its the first reset I have done since I bought the phone on Nov 6th, so It was probably a benefitial thing for me (=.
Anyhow, for those who cant wait, the update went without issue... took less then 10 minutes. Basically plug in the phone, run the EXE file, click a few OK and Next buttons.. that's it.
