The International Value Plan is used for international calling while you're still in the U.S.
The Global Value Plan is used when you're roaming in another country.
Thank you for the clarification. So, if I just need to be able to place calls (local and back to the USA) while traveling in Europe, I only need the global value plan, correct?
Correct, all you need is the global value plan. The other one would be of no use to you.
I'm assuming you know all of your rates while in Europe? Things can get pretty expensive over there.
