Used to work for Retail and B2B and I know the business very well. I like the service very much but feel that VZW is quite financially assertive when it comes to its services. I loved to sell and I loved to help customers to understand the opportunities through service. But their aggressive quotas and driving the market with forced-choice and limited plan make up, and I, didn't see eye to eye. We parted ways. I'm good with it now but still understand how the depth of the industry confuses customers. I can't promise you I will always be politically correct (haha), but I will be honest.
