I received a visa/verizon gift card. Activated and used once. Attempted to use again with approx. balance of $15.00. Card was not excepted by store. No contact ( HUMAN ) to verify balance. Unless I sign in as a member. I do not care to be a member. just want to use the balance and be done. Resent companies that require "joining" as a requirement and finding it impossible to communicate via internet or any type of personal contact with live person. Especially when website is so vague or does not list issue. Once this email is received, please disregard my email address. I take great pains in trying to keep my account and information out of the commercial enviorment. Thank you
