Who I have the same questioned this topic

Having an issue with my new device using almost all of the 64gb internal storage, at 62.20gb now.  All personal files are on a microSD so not sure what the heck is happening here.  I went looking for Device Maintenance and it seems Verizon has chosen to remove/disable it.  Is there an alternative solution?  Does anyone have an idea why so much internal storage is being used?  Same apps I had installed on my S7 and it's using less than 22gb.  I've removed a few but they don't free much up.  Ready to return the phone but want to check on this first.
