Who I have the same questioned this topic

I'm trying to view photos on my Verizon cloud on my laptop in my Verizon account where we have two cell phones in the account. I'm only able to view the photos from one cell but not the other. We both have a Verizon cloud app on our separate phones where we can see only the photos taken with that phone so both phone's photos are being uploaded but how can I view them all on my laptop?
