I have the iPhone 5C with International texting and calling.  I have been trying to send texts to a UK # with no luck. The person is able to receive my phone calls but not my texts. He is able to text to me -and when I respond to that text, he still does not receive it.  How is this possible?? I called Verizon and they said the issue is on the receivers end as they show that my texts are going thru.  Obviously they are not or I wouldn't be complaining.  Other friends of mine (who do not have Verizon) are able to text him -so why can't I?  Tech support suggested that I use the WhatsApp to send texts.  Why should I use this if I am already paying for International Texting??  I have tried every option there is to get text messages to him 011 or +44 -NOTHING works.   I am beyond frustrated.  Any advice would be appreciated.  Thanks.
