Who I have the same questioned this topic

I used to have a Samsung Galaxy S7 that worked great. Last week I switched to the Galaxy A50, and since then about 90% of my phone calls have dropped. I can't figure out what's going on. I did the trouble shooter Verizon has on their website, but none of their suggestions worked.

Has anyone else experienced this? Anyone know how to fix the issue?
