Jetpack MHS900 Disconnect

My 2 month old Jetpack disconnects all the time.  Even sitting next to my phone, my phone can have 2 or 3 bars and work fine as a hotspot, while the Jetpack goes on no connection status.  I have found that if I log on to thre Jetpack page and turn on the Log, it will restore the connection.  That is the only thing that works so far, aside from turning it off and on or removing the battery.  There is no pattern to the disconnects that I can see, it will disconnect from one second to the next for no reason.  I have already taken it back to the Verizon store, where they replaced the sim card and called it good.  Anyone else have any trouble with their Jetpack like this?
