Who I have the same questioned this topic

I used less than a gig and service is not usable. Noticed that since I went to the "Unlimited" plan the data is nearly unusable. I work from my phone as well so I do need a reliable data connection. If "reduced speeds" are now the norm for "Unlimited" I think I need to look at another provider. Before it is asked. 4 different phones have the same issues. I will not continue to pay for a service I am not receiving. Does anyone have any good info on this? Thanks!
