Apple reset my phone last week and used my apple cloud to restore it. I decided to see what’s in my Verizon cloud but every link I click on just wants to sell me more storage. Does anyone know how to get thru the links to see what’s in the cloud?

If you're being prompted to buy Verizon cloud, that should be a sign you have nothing there.

I’ve just always had it. A small size came with my plan

The content of Verizon Cloud should be viewable from the Verizon Cloud app. Does anything show up there?
