how do I send and receive IM's to my computer exactly as they show up on my phone?

instructions were originally to turn off iMessage on my phone when using verizon's desktop messaging tool.  I don't know if that's still necessary.  Right now, responses to texts from my computer come only to the computer, they don't appear on my phone.  I want everything to work together.  Please advise

As far as I know Verizon messages plus on a PC is not functioning yet. If Verizon Messages app is available for download, that does work. Download the application and there is a verification process which requires your phone be present to finish authorization.

I understand how important it is to get messages on your device and PC. Are you using Verizon Messages on your iPhone as well? What OS are you using with your PC? AlbertoR_VZW
