I am in 29486 Wind gate mobile home park My father daughter and I on different phones get dropped calls or dead dial outs where it doesn't ring(those about half the time). My friend visiting with a Galaxy had the same problem My neighbors are having the same issue that are on verizon

That's definitely not the service you should expect from Verizon. We want to get to the root of the issue for you. How long has this been happening and do you always get dropped calls or just some of the time? When you step outside of your mobile home, does the signal improve?
