Yea. My wife and I are moving elsewhere and to different phones. I’m going back to Android and she can go back to her iphone8. These new phones are garbage and being told to reset Airplane mode,is not a fix.
Don’t bother sharing anything. You do that then they string you along asking about of new stuff in the next 3 exchanges. Numerous complaints about the same thing but no real fixes. Admit the phones don’t work properly on this network.

I am having the same issue. Something doesn't pass the smell test here. I had an Iphone 6 prior to buying the iPhone XS. I never had an signal issues (inside or out) with my 6. I now have 1-2 bars at best. When I turn on airplane mode and then tunr off, I briefly have 4 bars for a minute or so, then returns to the 1-2 bars. My wife has an 8, and she doesn;t have these issues at all. What's really going on here?
