Voicemail Says It's Full

I've deleted all my voicemails but it keeps telling people my voicemail is full when they call.

Being able to receive Voicemails is important, and we are here to ensure that is the case. Can you please clarify, how are you accessing your Voicemails? AlbertP_VZW

I am having the same issue.  I have no voicemails in my visual voice mailbox on my iphone xs and I also have none when I call into Verizon via *86, but when people call and try to leave a voicemail it says my mailbox is full.
