Verizon can’t unblacklist my device !

I used the Verizon app to suspend my device (suspend > lost/stolen > complete) because my phone was stolen. I have gotten my phone returned to me and canceled the suspension of my device. The SIM card was stolen out of the phone when returned. Now my iPhone XS lMEl is stuck in stolen/blacklist status and Verizon is keep telling me it's not on the stolen list. My phone is a brick right now I called Apple and they told me to call verizon. Keep getting the run around. My iPhone is unlocked.
