My phone has stopped alerting me when I get new text messages with sounds as w3ll as visually. I have to actually open text messages app to see new messages I have received
Nib, I can certainly understand how inconvenient it is for you not to receive alerts when you receive new text messages. No worries. I am confident that we can resolve the issue in a flash. When did the issue begin? Do you use the text message app green icon with a white conversation bubble in the middle?
What software does your phone have? Settings > General > Software update. JacobG_VZW
