folks i got a phone from a friend who just left Sprint, its an XR less than 3 months old, he is telling me he paid for it in full so when i go to put my SIM card in it its telling me the "sim is not supported and request that this phone be unlocked by your carrier", do i just call Verizon and ask them to unlock it?
i have not found anywhere to chat with Verizon on their site.
