I have been with Verizon for about 3 months now. I was not informed that I needed a code to request or sign up for my rebate cards, and I was awaiting thier arrival in the mail as other companies have done for me in the past. I was just informed when I reached out to find out what that hold up is.. I did not recieve a code for either phone etc. and am frustrated by the process. Any advice on expediting the process so I don't have to waste 2 hours on hold to get a code or find out how to retrieve it?
