Note: iMessages are not visible in your online message details as they don't go through as a standard text SMS/(picture/video message) MMS. iMessage is a service provided by Apple and uses mobile data or Wi-Fi to send/receive. Only text message history to and from non-iPhone devices will be viewable online. Does this help?
