Message+ contacts not showing up for other members in group chat

I created a Message+ chat group for our football coaching association.  All of the members within the group have informed me that they cannot see the names of any of the contacts in the group.  I read on an older post in the Verizon Community where this has been an ongoing issue.  Is there a fix that I can share with the group.  There are various users (IOS & Android) in our chat group.  

How can the names of all contacts in the group be displayed for everyone to see?

Message + is a great application. Are the contacts listed in the group stored in the other individuals phones?

they won't show up anywhere but your phone!

they need to tap on all members in group at top, then all will be visible on the next page.
