Serenity14, I am sad to hear you are experiencing issues with cellular data. I totally understand how important this feature is to you. There are a couple of settings you can check to make sure the feature is working properly. Make sure cellular data is turned on and airplane mode is turned off. Also, try restarting your device to make sure you are receiving a proper signal. Turn off Wi-Fi before doing so, to ensure you are on the Verizon network. If the issue still persists after these steps have been performed, reach back out to us for further assistance.

Hello, I have followed the first steps to getting my internet running on my cell phone but am still getting a notification that my phone is not connected.
