Cannot receive group texts from non-iPhone users

Hello,

I have an iPhone X that I brought over from AT&T. I cannot message or receive group messages that have a combination of iPhone + non-iPhone users. This is with multiple groups (not isolated). I can individually text non-iPhone users. I can group text iPhone users. I didn't have this problem on the AT&T network. Happened instantly when I came to Verizon.

Please help.
