When I make a cell phone call, I can hear the other caller but they cannot hear me. However, Facetime calls work as do VOIP calls using the Xfinity XFConnect app. I can also record a voice memo. So the phone's microphone seems to be working fine.
I have tried rebooting the phone with no improvement. Hard to call VZW Tech Support since they will not be able to hear me (unless they take facetime calls). Any suggestions on how to troubleshoot this issue?
