Unable to send text messages to Non I phone users. "NOt Delivered" error msg pops up.
LVazB, assistance is here as we know how important it is to have the ability to send and receive text messages. A few days ago, Verizon Wireless experienced an outage but since this post was created, the outage has been resolved. Please confirm if you are still experiencing issues with your texting ability as assistance is here.
