When I go to text someone my keyboard starts out with Gboard and glitches its way to the regular keyboard before I can actually start typing anything. Then when I do want to type something, my autocorrect is gone which makes texting very annoying, slow, and difficult. How can I fix this?? Please help!
Difficulties with the keyboard can become painful. Let's see what's going on with the text messaging. When did the issues begin? For confirmation, are you having issues with the iPhone 8?

Yes, it’s an iPhone 8plus. I’m not sure exactly when it started...maybe a couple of weeks ago.

Thanks for confirming. I want to make sure your keyboard gets back to working just as you need it to. Can you think of any changes to the device around the time this started? Is that the only time the keyboard has this issue?
