When I receive phone calls they also ring on another phone under my plan and when a voicemail is left it’s only on the other phone line and not coming to my phone. Anyone else experiencing this?? How do I fix it?
Greekin1222, that does seem very odd. We want to make sure that the phone calls are going to one device. How long has this been an issue? Can you please provide me with the make and model device that you're using? KevinR_VZW
