My phone is telling me to enter the PUK code and has locked me out, will not allow me to text or make calls even to Verizon
AmyGray12, I depend on my phone constantly, so being locked out of my device is very alarming to me. I will be more than happy to assist. Please share with me have you noticed this after anything new has been done to the device (software update, a new application installed, etc)?
