Paying for Hotspot in Plan
Have it set up and can discover hot spot.
BUT it will not connect
Three calls to Verizon 1 agent hung up, one call back failed and the third had me reset my phone which disconnected call with no call back. AND I still Cannot use my HOT SPOT!
When I find it from Laptop (DELL Windows 10) it DOES NOT ask for a password, It just says I cannot connect.
Verizon Customer Service is no help here. How about the community?

Verizon didn't make your phone nor laptop, did they? If your plan has hotspot and personal hotspot isn't greyed out, it's not a Verizon issue. Sounds more your laptop.
