my deleted voice mail folder is missing and I'm now getting a your mail box is full warning...how do I get the folder back

my deleted voice mail folder is missing - verizon is now telling me my mailbox is full.

One thread put the blame on apple....not sure how or why since I've had the phone for two years with no issues until now.

I just want the folder back - I did try deleting some emails to see if that would trigger it to reappear but that didn't happen,

and the verizon help bots are worthless to even ask a technical question.
