I have 2 iPhone 7 and both are not connecting to LTE. My old phones are fine.
It is exciting to hear about the brand new phone, TOBY OHIRA-TAYAMA and I assure you we want nothing more than to get this phone activated for you. Let's work on this together.
Can you please clarify what you are seeing on the screen or any activity so far form the phones? What steps have you completed for activating the phones? Are the older devices powered off?
