@348MAG , I love receiving pictures and want to make sure that we can help you get them saved. While in your Verizon Messages + App, please locate the message thread that has the picture(s) you want to save. Click on the 3 dots located on the upper right side of the app to see all your "Media" shared. Once here, you will be able to select the image of your choice. Once you click on the image you will be able to save to your Camera Roll by selecting the arrow in the box, also located on the right side of the app.
Let us know if this helps!

It's frustrating when pictures get deleted that you wanted to save, Mark. Let me help you with saving the pictures. Did you check your iCloud to see if the pictures were saved before the messages were deleted? To save a picture in Message+, simply go into the message that has the image. Scroll to the picture and tap it and select "save to Gallery". This will save the picture in your album while you have the freedom to delete the message. Here's a link to help you with Message+ and its other features http://vz.to/2clafvM and let me know if you need further assistance.

Edwin,
Thanks for the info but tapping the photo or video in the message does not
bring up an option to save the photo and the photo is not in my iCloud. I
do not get a "Save to Gallery" option, the bubble says: DELETE, INFO or
REPORT SPAM.
As it is now there isn't much use for me to continue to using Msg+ if I can
not save photos sent to me by Msg+. Is there something I am doing wrong?
Or is it a bug Verizon hasn't figured out yet?
Sincerely,
Mark [Removed]
