For the past month or so we have been getting weak and sometimes no signal on our iphones. Zip code 35622 and 35601. IS there anything going on to cause this?

Right now I'm in my office at zip 35601 and have one bar when there has always been 4 bars here

At this time there is not any outages in your area. Please try going to Settings>General>Reset>Reset Network Settings. This wil refresh your network and provide a stronger connection to our towers and to your device. JasonC_VZW
