Hello. I would be so grateful if somebody could help me. When I upgraded my phone, my personalized voicemail did not carry over. I'm going through chemo and the message was my two kids when they were really young. It means so much to me and I have had absolutely no luck retriveing it. I would be incredibly grateful for any suggestions!
Skadi1 We certainly hope you are doing better. I can understand why that message is so important to you. I have a few from my mother, I actually put them on a disk for safe keeping. Let's see what we can do. Can you tell us how you saved them? Are you using the standard voicemail app on the phone? Did any of the messages transfer over? DoloresK_VZW
