Smart Family Kid Phone Issues

I am having a problem with my son's iPhone 7 accessing the apple app store and at times websites. The phone is on a kids plan and managed by me via the Verizon Smart Family App. All content filters are wide open, but still no app store. This afternoon and evening was not able to open websites like apple.com and google.com. Websites are opening now with no changes to settings, but app store will not open and says the server is not available. Anyone else having this issue?

Good morning, marcmccl. I'm sorry the Just Kids Plan isn't working how you need it to.
Can you please tell me how much data has been used to far, with that line? Also, when was the last time you were able to use regular data sites/ applications?
