Trying to reach customer service and they keep sending me a code that doesn't work. Keep people working and stop with the automated responses...THEY are terrible!!!

Care's side is relentless back to back calls without a break in-between. Imagine as soon as you told someone 'bye' and then another call immediately comes in. Now imagine that for an 8 - 10hr shift.
If you haven't done that before, it's anything but 'keep people working' if anything they're OVERworked.
As a customer myself, I can imagine how frustrating this must be. Let’s turn this around. Can you tell us more about the specific issue you are having so we can resolve this as efficiently as possible? We are here to help.
