Trying to reach customer service and they keep sending me a code that doesn't work. Keep people working and stop with the automated responses...THEY are terrible!!!

Care's side is relentless back to back calls without a break in-between. Imagine as soon as you told someone 'bye' and then another call immediately comes in. Now imagine that for an 8 - 10hr shift.
If you haven't done that before, it's anything but 'keep people working' if anything they're OVERworked.
