On Saturday my iPhone 7 kept going on and off with service , on Sunday morning my phone said iOS failed to update my phone does not work at all. I called Verizon Tech we tried some trouble shooting. I was asked to check the latest Software Version, well there is nothing . My phone was bought new and I have had it 11 months. What do I do?

Having a working phone is important, and we want to make sure you have a reliable device. We would like to confirm some other details, what is the current software version on your device? To check this please go into settings>general>software update. What steps do you perform to get your device to pick up service again?
