Since the latest upgrade my iPhone 7 just suddenly shut down while using Marco Polo app and now is unresponsive
hold down power button for 30 seconds and it should shut off the phone. Then turn it back on by hitting the power button
If the above doesn't work, hold the Volume Down and Power buttons at the same time.
If that doesn't work, a visit to the Apple store is in order.
