My dtr is trying to use my wifes old phone, she can use it but I am not able to call her and she is not able to add certain friend due to restrictions. How do we remove these restrictions.
Those sounds like some pretty big issues, TeamFlemming. I understand you're unable to call, but what about messaging or calling from another phone? How are those working?
