DTMF tones on INCOMING calls, iOS 10, iPhone 7 plus

Hi,

I can't send DTMF tones during incoming calls. I can make outgoing calls and send tones just fine.

I am on an iPhone 7 Plus, running the latest iOS 10.3.3 version.

Wi-fi calling is off.

LTE set to voice and data, or data only has no effect.
