New iPhone 8 seems to be on fritz. Last two days, callers can't hear me although I can hear them fine. Have reset all settings and "rebooted" phone. Tried Verizon trouble shooting. Nothing. Traveling tomorrow and need the freaking phone. Any thoughts??

Have you verified you are not blocking the microphone?

Visit your nearest Apple store and have the device replaced under warranty.

Phone is still not working. I am traveling on business without access to a working phone, extremely difficult and inconvenient. Very disappointed. This phone is only 3 weeks old. It should not have quit. I want a replacement as soon as possible, please. By the way, I misspoke. It’s a iPhone 7.

Sndja07, it’s so critical to have a working phone at all times. This is especially true when travelling. Where/When does this issue occur (all locations, all calls, etc.)? Have you returned home yet/when do you return home? What happened with your microphone test that was previously suggested http://spr.ly/6584DBNk6 ? Please test your device after ensuring your Bluetooth is off http://spr.ly/6585DBNkB . Please make sure your software is up to date as well http://spr.ly/6586DBNk8.

That's very true, Janet. It's highly unusual for a phone to stop working in such a short time. When do you return back from your trip? Do you have an iTunes enabled computer with you on your trip? Do you happen to have a Verizon company store or Apple store near where you're at? You can check these at:
